Children’s Day at the Park of a Thousand Years

Program Highlights

  • 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Dinosaur bouncy castle.
  • 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Traditional folk wooden games for all age groups.
  • 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM: Free popcorn for children.
  • Free indoor guided tours in Hungarian language:
    • From 11:30 AM and 4:00 PM: “Scouts, Levente youth groups, and the Balaton holiday home – child upbringing during the Horthy era.”
  • 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Opportunity for children to dress up in period costumes.
  • 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Nostalgic photography on a four-wheeler (Ford Model T).
  • 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM: Visit the newly opened temporary exhibition: “The Era of Miklós Horthy.”

After purchasing an entrance ticket, participation in the programs is free.
